Steve Bowyer - Consultant FAA Designated Engineering Representative - Structures. His services include Part 23 and Part 25 structural analysis, aircraft modification; aircraft repair design, and other structural analysis services. His projects cover all models of Boeing Aircraft as well as Bombardier, Airbus, Cessna, Embraer, and Raytheon. He is currently participating in modifying Aircraft owned by the FAA flight operations. Steve is also participating in certification of the composite racks and shelves for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner avionics.
