Victor Jory is an Electrical Systems and Equipment DER, who is Level A Software expert and an avionics design and systems integration department head and safety consultant. He is a graduate of Montana State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Jory is a Boeing DAS qualified DER and a consultant DER. He has been instrumental in preparing numerous safety analysis and functional hazard analyses in a support role to Paragon's clients. As a Software DER he is conversant in CASE tools such as "Rational Rose". As a Safety DER he is conversant in the safety impact evaluation process defined by the FAA for aircraft systems. Mr. Jory has developed and instructs DO178B / Software seminars for Paragon clients. He is the program manager for the Honeywell Primus Epic integrated cockpit system.
