Richard Oracheff the President of Paragon Transportation, LLC, is a graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He is a Management FAA-DER and expertise includes Safety Analysis, Flight Test, HIRF and Lightning, Autopilot, Software development and analysis, ATC, TCAS, GPS, EGPWS, EFIS, EICAS, FMS, STC preparation and Program Management. As a Safety DER he is conversant with the safety impact evaluation process defined by the FAA for aircraft systems. He has conducted System Safety Analysis classes and A Level Software classes for major OEM's. Projects include Airport Flight Inspection System (AFIS) development for airport inspection and avionics suite development for the tilt wing Bell609 and the BA412 EP helicopter. He is a Boeing Airworthiness Representative-Wichita DAS and Cessna -Wichita DOA. Richard can also act as FAA project manager for Part 23, 25, 27, and 29 STC projects.
